RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

We want you to be happy with your purchase and we apologize if you are not. For whatever reason that you are not satisfied, we would be most happy to provide a fair solution, including exchanges, returns and store credit, for all items purchased from us if the following conditions are met:

All exchanges and returns would need to be returned within 30 days from the purchase date.

Buyer is responsible for the cost of returning the product(s) to our Concord, Ontario facility, including oversized items that were hand delivered. If returning with a courier, the purchaser is responsible to ensure that returns are properly packaged, tracked, and fully insured.

  • All items must be in their original sealed packaging with product tags intact.
  • All items must be unworn, unused, uninstalled, and in its original condition.
  • If you are unsure the product is the right fit for you, we highly encourage you to talk to us before ordering and/or demo it at our facility. We can also often let you take a demo product home and test it at your convenience.

Sales item(s) are non-exchangeable nor returnable.

OTHER TERMS & CONDITIONS

All items that are returned and exchanged, can only be made once.

We reserve the right and full discretion to disqualify you from enjoying free returns if the subsequent item(s) for return or exchange are of the same item(s) as a previous order

Our returns and exchanges policy does not cover damage resulting from unique, accidental, or random damage that is the result of use by you or wear and tear of a product.
