SHIPPING & DELIVERY
At Exclusive Sport, we provide FREE Standard shipping to any address within Canada. We do not ship to PO Boxes, and we don’t currently offer shipping outside of Canada. Most of the packages require signature.
1. ORDER STATUS & TRACKING
All orders placed from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) will be processed and shipped within 2 working days upon confirmation of payment, from our warehouse.
An email confirmation will be sent for all orders once received, and another once shipped with the tracking number. We ship CanadaPost, UPS, and Fedex.
2. LOCAL PICK UP & GTA DELIVERY
We don’t currently offer shipping on Thule Boxes and other oversized products. Once the order is placed you will have the option to pick up the product from our Concord facility, or we will coordinate hand delivery to your house or office (Greater Toronto Area only)
All other products that are purchased from us could also be picked up from our Concord Facility.
3. TAXES
The rate for other taxable supplies depends on the province or territory.
The current rates are:
- 5% (GST) in Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Quebec, Saskatchewan, and Yukon
- 13% (HST) in Ontario
- 15% (HST) in New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, and Prince Edward Island
4. MODE OF PAYMENTS
We accept payments via VISA/MASTER CARD/AMERICAN EXPRESS. We also accept debit and cash for orders that are picked up from our Concord facility.
